What is the maximum number of letters I can use in the child’s name?

There’s a limit of 15 characters (including spaces) for first, middle, and last names each. If a name field exceeds that, please contact us — we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Can I include the child’s middle name in the book?

Yes! You can. There may be an extra charge for adding a middle name because it makes the book longer. Please fill in the middle name field at order time if needed.

What if I made a mistake in my order?

Mistakes happen — no worries. If you contact us within 24 hours after placing your order, we’ll correct it free of charge. After that, we may charge a reprint fee (for example, 50% of the original cost) depending on what changes are needed.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Production time + shipping time both affect delivery. Once your order is placed, we process it (which takes some time for personalized items), then ship according to your selected delivery option. Tracking info will be provided when it ships.

What if my product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect?

We guarantee you’ll love your item. If it’s defective or damaged in transit, send us a photo of the problem, we’ll replace or refund it at no cost.

Can I ship my order to more than one address?

Currently, separate items in a single order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. If you need a gift sent to someone else, you might place separate orders or contact us, sometimes we can help.
